About the Role
You will lead facilities supervisors and technicians while ensuring reliable power, cooling, and environmental systems. You will manage maintenance, incident response, vendors, inventory, budgets, equipment projects, safety, and process improvements across the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering, or relevant equivalent experience
- 7+ years managing critical facilities systems
- 5+ years of people-leadership experience
- Electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems knowledge
- Facilities infrastructure project leadership experience
- BMS proficiency
- Environmental monitoring tool proficiency
- CMMS proficiency
- Ability to pass pre-employment and annual background checks
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet and in confined or noisy spaces
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Facilities Operations Supervisors and Technicians
- Manage maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance of data center infrastructure
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Create and enforce operating procedures, emergency plans, and change-management processes
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate equipment intake, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle management
- Manage inventory, assets, and spare parts
- Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
- Lead operational-efficiency and resource-utilization initiatives
- Manage vendors, service contracts, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
- Provide 24/7 on-call leadership for critical incidents
