About the Role
You will maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, complete work tickets, interpret schematics, conduct safety inspections, and keep critical facilities operating reliably.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- 3+ years of professional experience with HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical systems
Responsibilities
- Maintain systems in peak operating condition and develop preventive-maintenance work instructions
- Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment
- Perform ductwork, brazing, soldering, refrigerant, piping, and insulation work
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, heating, water, and drainage systems
- Inspect, clean, troubleshoot, reassemble, and test pumps and mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret schematics
- Conduct failure assessments and safety inspections
- Fabricate and adjust mechanical parts for repairs and upgrades
- Report equipment maintenance status
- Operate lifts, vehicles, cranes, and material-handling equipment
- Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and laws
