About the Role

Responsible for daily maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, and operation of pumps, motors, fans, cooling towers, water systems, pipelines, valves, and other plant infrastructure, including material transfer and forklift operations.

Requirements

  • Age 25–40 years old
  • Education related to mechanical and electrical engineering, refrigeration, water supply and drainage, or equipment maintenance preferred
  • Accept long-term on-site residency
  • Knowledge of pumps, motors, fans, pipelines, valves, bearings, and sealing parts
  • Experience operating and maintaining infrastructure in data centers, mining sites, industrial parks, or public utilities
  • Understanding of industrial cooling towers and circulating water systems
  • Forklift and motor vehicle operation skills
  • Ability to work shifts and night shifts and handle emergency repairs
  • Basic written record-keeping and data-statistics skills
  • Ability to read English technical documents and communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair pumps, motors, cooling fans, and pipeline networks
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults including abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, overheating, bearing damage, belt wear, seepage, and valve malfunctions
  • Implement equipment maintenance plans and maintain maintenance ledgers
  • Inspect cooling towers, elevated water tanks, and circulating water systems
  • Control water quality, chemical dosing, water consumption, flow, pressure, and temperature
  • Inspect and repair cooling-water pipelines and water-supply and drainage networks
  • Respond to equipment overloads, shutdowns, ruptures, and pressure drops
  • Maintain auxiliary facilities and perform anti-corrosion, anti-seepage, renovation, drainage, and safety work
  • Transfer materials and operate, inspect, and maintain forklifts
