About the Role
You will create graphic design for experiential marketing, from trade-show booths and environmental graphics to regional pop-ups and large event projects. You will translate creative direction into spatial experiences, evolve design systems, present ideas, coordinate contributors, and prepare production-ready artwork.
Requirements
- Proven design credentials and experience taking projects from concept through delivery.
- Understanding of spatial and architectural principles and how graphics, materiality, and physical space create experiences.
- Advanced Adobe Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Interest in AI and confidence using it in the design process.
- Ability to advocate for ideas, collaborate across departments, and manage planning and timescales.
Responsibilities
- Create graphics for global experiential marketing activations, summits, and brand projects.
- Translate creative direction into graphics suited to local and regional contexts.
- Design for materials, surfaces, architecture, lighting, and movement through physical spaces.
- Deliver trade-show booth graphics, environmental graphics, and art direction for experiential projects.
- Develop and evolve a design language across applications, environments, and channels.
- Contribute ideas with the brand team.
- Present design thinking clearly to internal teams and partners.
- Delegate work to junior designers, artworkers, and external partners.
- Create artwork-ready files when required.
