About the Role
You will lead events from concept through execution, including creative direction, production, logistics, vendor management, budgets, and measurement. You will create investor, recruiting, product-launch, conference, internal, and guest-speaker experiences, coordinating with executives, recruiters, agencies, and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, recruiting events, or event production
- A portfolio of thoughtful, highly polished experiences
- Experience managing event formats and audiences ranging from executive dinners to large conferences
- Ability to balance creative ambition with budget discipline and operational precision
- Ability to work directly with executives, engineers, recruiters, agencies, and external partners
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and logistics for investor-cohosted talent events
- Build the annual product-launch keynote, including storytelling, presentations, and live demonstrations
- Lead planning and logistics for open labs and large recruiting events
- Define brand presence at industry conferences and public events
- Plan and execute offsites, town halls, quarterly gatherings, and major celebrations
- Organize guest-speaker events, including scheduling, logistics, and attendee experience
