About the Role
You will execute assigned personal-security program processes within an established framework. You will maintain policies and documentation, prepare operational reporting, support capability builds and projects, resolve straightforward stakeholder requests, and escalate issues outside your scope.
Requirements
- Program management experience in or adjacent to corporate or physical security
- Familiarity with personal security programs
- Experience contributing to security documentation, playbooks, or training materials
- Familiarity with GSIS domains
- Experience supporting policies, procedures, or documentation
- Written communication skills
- Ability to execute within a defined scope and escalate issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and/or experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain policies and procedures for an assigned GSIS sub-domain
- Prepare operational health and status updates
- Execute assigned tasks for new capability build-outs
- Handle lower-complexity stakeholder requests and escalate unresolved matters
- Contribute audit-ready documentation
- Support cross-functional GSIS project workstreams
