About the Role

You will manage the secure delivery of forex products and remittance documents, process branch transactions, and maintain accurate cash and inventory records. You will verify client documentation, follow KYC/AML procedures, resolve customer queries, plan delivery routes, and coordinate handoffs with operational partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+2 education; a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred
  • 1–2 years of cash handling, teller, or forex operations experience
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
  • Knowledge of forex products, exchange rates, KYC/AML compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Route planning and workflow optimization
  • Fintech, remittance software, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Cash handling and sensitive financial-product handling

Responsibilities

  • Manage the secure and timely delivery of currency notes, prepaid and refillable cards, remittance documents, and related products
  • Process forex transactions, including currency buying and selling, travel-card issuance, and remittances
  • Verify client identity and collect required documentation and acknowledgments
  • Provide customer service, address queries, and escalate grievances or transaction issues
  • Maintain cash balances and reconcile tills and forex inventory daily
  • Record transactions in forex software and maintain data integrity
  • Follow KYC/AML procedures, regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and security protocols
  • Identify and report suspicious activity
  • Plan delivery routes and maintain delivery and transaction logs
  • Coordinate with branch, logistics, and back-office teams
