About the Role
You will provide dedicated strategic and administrative support to a co-CEO in a fast-paced trading environment. You will manage the executive’s inbox, calendar, communications, and priorities; coordinate strategic initiatives, recruiting, documents, events, and stakeholder follow-ups; and prepare business summaries and briefings. You will use sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail while adapting quickly to changing market and business needs.
Requirements
- Typing speed of 70+ WPM.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Telegram.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
- Comfort with AI-assisted tools and process automation.
- Experience in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in similar high-touch support roles.
- Experience handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business acumen and interest in the trading business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbox triage, routing, prioritization, and timely responses.
- Maintain and optimize the executive calendar, including meeting coordination and rescheduling.
- Serve as a communication hub between leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic administrative support aligned with deal flow, business priorities, and operational needs.
- Maintain institutional knowledge of projects, relationships, and business context.
- Track business development and strategic initiatives through key stages.
- Follow up on partnerships and deals to maintain momentum.
- Identify bottlenecks and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate candidate pipeline management and scheduling for open positions.
- Maintain recruiting process integrity and timely candidate and hiring-team follow-up.
- Manage document preparation, review, and signature collection.
- Coordinate conference and industry-event registration and logistics.
- Maintain organized systems for time-sensitive administrative requirements.
- Curate, organize, and synthesize business information and learning materials.
- Prepare summaries and briefings for executive development and market understanding.
