Recruiting Operations Associate, GTM (Contract)

About the Role

You will run the operational layer behind GTM hiring. You will manage job postings and requisition IDs, support interview scheduling, maintain accurate ATS data, and improve recruiting workflows through AI and lightweight automation. You will also help document operating practices and support handoffs from offer through onboarding.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar administration-heavy role
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn and use new tools quickly
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Interest in recruiting operations

Responsibilities

• Own GTM job postings across Ashby and the careers site
• Manage requisition IDs and recruiting administration
• Partner on interview scheduling for Sales, Marketing, CX, and Partnerships
• Maintain accurate ATS pipelines, stages, and data
• Identify repetitive work and implement AI and lightweight automation
• Build GTM recruiting operations playbooks
• Support handoffs from offer through onboarding
