About the Role

You will lead the Swag & Merchandise program and provide high-touch support to senior leadership. You will coordinate initiatives, manage executive calendars and travel, prepare leadership updates, facilitate meetings, and maintain program workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use and critically evaluate AI-generated content
• Mandarin proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead the Swag & Merchandise program, including vendor sourcing, procurement, inventory management, budget tracking, and event fulfilment
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, track risks, and resolve issues
• Manage senior leadership calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing
• Coordinate executive priorities, follow-ups, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare program updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
• Facilitate meetings to support decision-making and alignment
• Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation
• Continuously improve processes
