About the Role
You will lead the Swag & Merchandise program and provide high-touch support to senior leadership. You will coordinate initiatives, manage executive calendars and travel, prepare leadership updates, facilitate meetings, and maintain program workflows and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to use and critically evaluate AI-generated content
- Mandarin proficiency
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring OKX visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Lead the Swag & Merchandise program, including vendor sourcing, procurement, inventory management, budget tracking, and event fulfilment
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners, track risks, and resolve issues
- Manage senior leadership calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing
- Coordinate executive priorities, follow-ups, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare program updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Facilitate meetings to support decision-making and alignment
- Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation
- Continuously improve processes
