About the Role

This multifaceted Executive Assistant role supports the CEO and executive office through administrative, organizational, communication, travel, and logistical responsibilities. The position is based in Manhattan and requires onsite attendance four days per week. Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a VP, Head of, or C-level Executive.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
High discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm, flexible, and responsive to time-sensitive priority changes.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule events.
Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
Handle communications and follow-ups, tracking tasks and priorities.
Prepare daily preparation materials, meeting materials, presentations, and briefings.
Support supply orders, vendor coordination, guest passes, lunch orders, and appointment scheduling.
