About the Role

You will manage high-touch creator, press and executive events from planning through post-event reporting. You will coordinate agencies, vendors, registration, guest experience, catering, production logistics, budgets, safety protocols and event metrics while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of event production experience
• Experience with end-to-end event planning onsite execution and post-event analysis
• Experience leading guest experience front-of-house operations and vendor coordination for high-profile corporate events

Responsibilities

• Manage high-touch events from planning through execution

• Oversee attendee registration check-in and event communications
• Track budgets process invoices and report expenditures

• Collect analyze and report event metrics and attendee feedback
