About the Role

You will plan, execute, and track all aspects of event marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. You will define event objectives and metrics, run post-event evaluations, and report results to inform improvements. You will manage event budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. You will act as the primary point of contact for event programs and present strategy and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in event marketing or field marketing
  • Knowledge of trade show project management including strategy, logistics, vendors, and post-event analysis
  • Experience in B2B or B2G marketing ecosystems preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and marketing funnel analysis
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 20%)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives to align event strategy with account plans
  • Plan, execute, and track global event presence to maximize lead generation
  • Define event marketing objectives and metrics and measure impact against KPIs
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and recommend optimizations
  • Contribute to strategic development of event marketing plans
  • Manage event marketing budgets and report on budget utilization
  • Act as point of contact and workstream leader for event marketing
  • Coordinate logistics and communicate attendee information
  • Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships
  • Support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
