About the Role
You will develop and implement ATL and BTL marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives. You will plan and oversee campaigns, coordinate stakeholders and agencies, analyze performance, report recommendations, and manage and mentor marketing staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience managing ATL and BTL campaigns and brand-building events
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience working with external agencies on online and offline campaigns
- People leadership skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in French, English, and one local language
