About the Role
You will coordinate sub-projects for international trade fairs, partner events, and internal events. You will organize logistics, service providers, and materials; assess event requests; research audiences, reach, and costs; and prepare recommendations. You will also develop event-management templates and workflows in Asana and maintain the event calendar and database.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Confident with Excel
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to support events on-site
- Full-time on-site internship in Munich
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sub-projects for international trade fairs, partner events, and internal events
- Organize logistics, service providers, and event materials
- Evaluate trade fair, conference, sponsorship, and speaking-slot requests
- Research target audiences, reach, and costs and prepare recommendations
- Build event-management templates, workflows, and timelines in Asana
- Maintain the event calendar and database
