About the Role

You will run day-to-day equity administration, maintain an accurate audit-ready cap table, and process grants, exercises, and leaver events. You will turn approved decisions into reliable records and clear employee communication, support valuations, reconcile data across functions, and automate repetitive workflows.

Requirements

• Have hands-on equity administration experience in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta
• Administer grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements, and reconciliations
• Administer equity across multiple jurisdictions
• Understand stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules, and employee lifecycle changes
• Know tax-advantaged schemes including US ISOs and UK EMI or CSOP plans
• Reconcile equity data with People, Talent, Payroll, and Accounting records
• Understand stock-based compensation accounting and US GAAP reporting requirements
• Build and document equity processes and controls
• Handle confidential information with sound judgement
