Help enterprise customers unlock the potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform by architecting tailored solutions, creating technical demonstrations, developing enablement resources, building self-service tools and documentation, and identifying integration patterns that can be standardized and productized.
Requirements
- Passion for AI and technology
- Experience working with customers
- Strong technical background
- Python proficiency
- Software development knowledge
- Software architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical sales process
- Work with customer technical contacts to provide support and architect solutions
- Create technical demonstrations
- Create technical enablement resources
- Build self-service tools and documentation
- Identify integration patterns and features for productization
- Work with product teams to implement productized solutions
