About the Role
You will guide enterprise customers through Bill Pay and Procurement onboarding, configure workflows, and help them adopt efficient, compliant processes. You will identify implementation blockers, recommend process improvements, troubleshoot issues with technical teams, provide product feedback, and manage multiple customer activations and timelines.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Bill Pay and Procurement onboarding
- Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement practices, approval logic, vendor management, and policy configuration
- Identify implementation blockers and reinforce product value
- Assess customer AP, purchasing, and approval processes
- Recommend workflow improvements and optimized rollouts
- Troubleshoot customer issues with Product and Engineering
- Provide product feedback and insights
- Manage multiple activation timelines, communications, follow-ups, and outreach
