About the Role
You will own deployment and activation success across customer accounts. You will design activation strategies, build champion communities, develop custom AI workflows, facilitate tailored workshops, train customer trainers, use feedback and adoption data to improve materials, and build stakeholder relationships while traveling as required.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics
- Co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows with customers
- Design and execute activation strategies
- Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, trainings, and workshops
- Create advocate networks and power-user communities
- Train customer trainers to scale enablement
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
- Customize and deliver learning experiences
- Refine materials using customer feedback and adoption data
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
