About the Role
You will define engineering strategy and technical vision, lead a high-performing engineering team, and guide product and infrastructure development. You will evaluate emerging web3 technologies, oversee application architecture, and ensure infrastructure scalability, security, reliability, quality, and consistency. You will also support engineering recruitment, onboarding, strategic planning, and technical decision-making.
