About the Role
You will lead and grow the Runtime Platform team, including hiring, coaching, feedback, performance management, and onboarding. You will own the team roadmap, prioritize delivery, and set technical direction for latency, profiling, real-time scheduling, and middleware. You will guide application frameworks, IPC, performance optimization, observability, CI, HIL, and quality gates while resolving cross-functional risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow the engineering team
- Hire and onboard team members
- Own the team roadmap, resourcing, prioritization, and delivery
- Set technical direction and own technical decisions
- Guide runtime platform, application framework, middleware, and IPC work
- Improve performance, optimization, measurement, and observability
- Implement and maintain CI, HIL, and quality gates
- Collaborate with vehicle software, model, hardware, and OEM stakeholders
- Resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations
