About the Role

You will lead and grow an engineering team, providing technical and strategic leadership and mentoring engineers. You will collaborate with product, design, and data to define and implement roadmaps, develop and optimize payment platform features, and scale systems to support international expansion and multi-account management. You will ensure high code quality, scalability, and security in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in backend development using Python or Go
• Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• Experience building platforms and scalable systems for global users
• Collaborative communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
