About the Role
You will lead people and manage delivery across a Research Engineering team. You will own roadmaps, develop engineers, plan hiring and resources, manage team culture and performance, translate requirements into delivery plans, coordinate with Engineering, Trading and Quant teams, manage risks and dependencies, and improve delivery processes.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and manage priorities, planning and sequencing
- Develop engineers through career planning, coaching and performance management
- Lead hiring, headcount planning and resource allocation
- Manage team culture, morale and productivity
- Hold regular one-on-ones and provide timely feedback
- Translate technical and business requirements into delivery plans
- Liaise between Engineering, Trading and Quant teams
- Track delivery progress and manage risks and scope trade-offs
- Improve delivery processes and team velocity
- Align team work with organisational goals and timelines
