You lead the engineering, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of technology and data products and services. You oversee Agile delivery, engineering standards, operational performance, risk management, governance, and the development of Delivery, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams.

- Lead the delivery of technology and data product initiatives
- Lead Agile delivery practices across Product Squads
- Oversee planning, analysis, design, engineering, testing, release management, and operational readiness
- Establish engineering practices, standards, and controls
- Drive software engineering, DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery practices
- Oversee operational performance, service management, incident management, and operational governance
- Manage technology, operational, cyber, and delivery risks
- Represent Product Delivery at governance forums and strategic planning discussions
- Build and develop Delivery, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams
