About the Role

You will lead a senior engineering team responsible for a container registry. You will coach engineers, set team standards, plan and prioritize work, own delivery, guide technical direction, make architecture and quality tradeoffs, hire and onboard engineers, shape team structure and roadmaps, collaborate across functions, and maintain operational processes.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years building software as an engineer
  • Experience managing or leading engineers
  • Experience delivering complex projects
  • Technical depth in design and architecture decisions
  • Communication and judgment skills
  • Experience managing or scaling a team through growth
  • Familiarity with OCI image and distribution specifications
  • Experience building container registry products
  • Experience with storage or caching systems at scale
