About the Role

You will lead full-stack engineering teams building user-facing web-product features. You will partner with Design, Product, and AI teams, evolve application architecture, hire and develop engineers, improve quality, review code and architecture, and align product initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

Have 3+ years of software engineering management experience leading full-stack product engineering teams
Have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend product engineer
Have a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams
Have experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
Have product judgment balancing speed, quality, and user impact

Responsibilities

Lead full-stack engineering teams building user-facing web-product features
Collaborate with Design, Product, and AI teams on high-impact initiatives
Define and evolve application architecture
Hire, grow, and retain engineers
Foster simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement
