About the Role
You will help define and deliver authentication and authorization capabilities, ensuring that critical systems remain reliable, performant, and scalable. You will code, review designs, participate in technical discussions, coach engineers, maintain high engineering standards, and manage stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Experience delivering impactful scalable solutions
- Strong software engineering foundation
- Deep system design skills
- Hands-on experience with Java Postgres and Redis
- Experience with critical high-load distributed systems
