You will build and lead a growth engineering team focused on acquisition, activation, and retention. You will define the technical strategy for experimentation, personalization, and optimization; collaborate with product, marketing, and data science partners; and recruit and coach engineers.

Hire and coach technical talent inclusively and equitably
