About the Role

You will lead a Bellevue engineering team developing AI/BI visualization experiences. You will recruit and mentor frontend and visualization engineers, establish processes to deliver product strategy, ensure the platform is reliable and operable, and manage technical debt while advancing agentic authoring and semantic-model integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on web frontend development experience
  • Experience with React-based applications and modern state management
  • 2+ years leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • Interest in data visualization, charting libraries, or UX for complex data tools
  • Experience improving team productivity through technical initiatives
  • Experience hiring and mentoring engineers
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, and AI Research teams

  • Lead the data visualization engineering team
