About the Role
You will lead the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and delivery of behavior-planning systems for autonomous vehicles. You will guide development of safety-critical algorithms, manage engineers, evolve the autonomy stack, and coordinate integration with perception, research, simulation, and vehicle operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of robotics or autonomous-systems experience focused on behavior systems
- Experience in at least two behavior-planning or autonomy domains
- Experience architecting large-scale production software for robotic or automotive systems
- Engineering leadership experience managing teams, setting goals, and overseeing technical projects
- Communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, technical roadmap, and architecture for behavior planning
- Guide design and implementation of safety-critical driving algorithms
- Grow and manage a behavior-systems engineering team
- Evolve the architecture toward an L4 end-to-end stack
- Coordinate behavior-stack integration with perception, research, simulation, and vehicle operations
