About the Role
You will coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes across complex hardware products. You will manage ECRs ECOs and deviations through their lifecycles, support impact assessments and change reviews, track actions, maintain accurate product records, document decisions, and resolve blockers across technical and manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering change control product lifecycle management or manufacturing operations
- Experience using PLM ERP or engineering data management systems
- Understanding of bills of materials part numbering revision control and engineering documentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple changes and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electronics semiconductors computing or complex hardware product development
- Experience with contract manufacturing or global production environments
- Practical experience with ECRs ECOs ECNs or deviations
- Experience using Arena PLM
- Relevant degree HNC HND or equivalent industry experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ECRs ECOs and deviations throughout their lifecycles
- Support impact assessments and change reviews
- Track actions and escalate issues to completion
- Maintain accurate product configuration and engineering records
- Document decisions and communicate changes across teams
- Coordinate with Engineering Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain
- Support Change Review Boards and Change Control Boards
