About the Role
Own a book of customers from implementation through adoption, drive activation and expansion, develop account change-management strategies, communicate business impact to CFOs and Controllers, promote agentic finance workflows, maintain product feedback loops, and support strategic initiatives in Europe.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe
- Track record of building, selling, or figuring out initiatives independently
- Daily fluency with AI tools
- Deep knowledge of Ramp products, integrations, and configuration options
- Technical ability to discuss integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture
- Commercial ability to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Resilience and high frustration tolerance
Responsibilities
- Lead customers through implementation and agentic workflow adoption
- Own the revenue target for the customer portfolio
- Build and execute change-management strategies for accounts
- Map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact to CFOs and Controllers
- Help customers adopt agentic finance capabilities
- Maintain feedback loops with Design and Engineering
- Support strategic initiatives including competitive analysis, ICP refinement, and segment exploration
