About the Role
Run federal cloud engagements end to end across multiple workstreams, delivery teams, and stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation and presentations, track delivery against statements of work, hold engineering teams accountable to schedules, manage customer and partner relationships, identify additional customer needs, and keep leadership informed.
Requirements
- Track record of excellence in prior pursuits.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- High bias for action.
- Strong organizational abilities across parallel efforts.
- Understanding of software delivery sufficient to evaluate schedules, progress, risks, and demonstrations.
- Understanding of services business operations, statements of work, out-of-scope work, and change requests.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation, presentations, executive discussions, and technical discussions.
- Ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted contact.
- Consultative ability to identify customer needs and shape them into scope.
- Comfort representing SZNS while working within a customer or partner team.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
- Familiarity with GCP.
- Experience in or around federal or public sector programs.
- Prior program or project management experience at scale.
- GCP certification.
