About the Role
You will own electrical engineering across the portfolio, from utility interface to rack and from reference design to energization. You will evolve electrical reference designs, make field electrical decisions, manage site energization readiness, and critically review consultant studies for short circuit, coordination, and arc flash work.
Requirements
- Experience leading electrical engineering for data center or heavy industrial builds
- Ability to review protection and coordination studies
- Experience owning energization sequences with utilities and AHJs
- Ability to balance speed and safety in field decisions
- PE license
- Experience with medium-voltage and high-voltage distribution
- Experience with behind-the-meter generation
- Knowledge of utility interconnection
Responsibilities
- Own electrical engineering across the portfolio from utility interface to rack
- Set and evolve electrical reference designs for switchgear, UPS topology, and busway
- Make field electrical decisions and own site energization readiness
- Review consultant short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies
