About the Role
You will support schematic capture and PCB layout for spacecraft avionics. You will assist with harness design, wiring, integration, board bring-up, debugging, and electrical testing. You will contribute to documentation, test reports, design reviews, lab setup, instrumentation, and test equipment activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with electronics, circuit analysis, and lab instrumentation
- Exposure to Python, C, or C++
- Physical presence at the Ottawa facility
Responsibilities
- Support schematic capture and PCB layout for spacecraft avionics
- Assist with harness design, wiring, and integration
- Help bring up, test, and debug electronic boards and subsystems
- Support power, signal-integrity, and functional electrical testing
- Contribute to documentation, test reports, and design reviews
- Assist with lab setup, instrumentation, and test equipment
