About the Role
You will build harness assemblies, inspect contract-manufactured harnesses, organize test fixtures, and test electrical components. You will perform soldering and subsystem builds, manage BOMs and lab inventory, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements
- 5+ years of R&D or development lab experience
- Prototype build and testing experience
- Experience operating test equipment
- Experience reading and building harnesses from harness drawings
- Experience using soldering irons, multimeters, and crimping tools
- Interpersonal and project collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality harness assemblies
- Perform incoming quality inspections for contract manufacturing harness builds
- Organize and manage prototype test setups and fixtures
- Test electrical components and assemblies
- Perform soldering, mechanical assemblies, and subsystem builds
- Manage BOMs and lab inventories
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
