About the Role

You will ensure counterparties meet AML and KYC requirements, maintain accurate client records, and manage contractual data and documentation. You will respond to business queries, partner with Legal and Compliance on exceptions, improve controls and procedures, support regulatory projects, monitor regulatory developments, and produce management reporting and presentations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, banking, operations, compliance, or a related environment
• Experience handling client documentation, AML/KYC processes, due diligence reviews, or documentation and data management
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and client onboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA are beneficial
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Ensure counterparties meet applicable AML and KYC requirements

• Capture, review, and manage contractual data and documentation
• Respond to business queries about client documentation and contractual data
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to manage exceptions
• Improve controls, processes, and operating procedures
• Participate in strategic and regulatory projects
• Assess the impact of financial market and regulatory developments
• Produce management information and reporting
• Support policies, procedures, and presentations
