About the Role
You will manage document control and configuration management for data center design and construction. You will maintain approved document baselines, enforce naming, versioning, and approval workflows, coordinate document exchanges, and preserve audit trails and revision histories through closeout.
Requirements
- Experience running document control for large engineering or construction programs
- Experience with configuration management
- Experience administering Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint document-control systems
- Experience managing document flow across design firms, EPCs, and vendors
- Ability to maintain traceable approved document records
- Datacenter, industrial, or mission-critical construction experience

- As-built documentation
- Closeout documentation
Responsibilities
- Manage document control for drawings, specifications, submittals, and revisions
- Maintain approved configuration baselines across sites
- Set and enforce document naming, versioning, and approval workflows
- Coordinate document flow among design firms, EPCs, vendors, and internal teams
