About the Role
You will lead US international tax planning from technical analysis through implementation. You will assess cross-border structures, model tax impacts, document planning positions, support post-acquisition integration, coordinate with internal stakeholders and advisors, and respond to tax authority inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Lead US international tax planning projects from analysis through implementation
- Analyze tax consequences of entities, intercompany arrangements, funding, repatriation, and cross-border agreements
- Perform technical analysis under subpart F, NCTI, BEAT, foreign tax credit, and subchapter C rules
- Define and review models for cash tax and effective tax rate impacts
- Support post-acquisition integration planning and follow-on planning
- Draft technical memoranda and maintain examination-ready documentation
- Coordinate planning positions with transfer pricing, tax provision, and international filings
- Manage outside advisors, budgets, and deliverables
- Track legislative, regulatory, and OECD developments
- Support responses to IRS and other tax authority inquiries
