About the Role

You will lead recruiting across all geographies and functions, partnering with leaders across the business to attract and hire the global talent needed to bring AI to local businesses. You will hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiting managers and individual contributors, run a performance and data-driven recruiting team, and partner closely with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities. You will oversee the recruiting lifecycle for executive-level positions, build an AI-driven recruiting function, and create playbooks and processes that let the recruiting function scale. You will also get in the weeds, sourcing candidates directly and owning reqs when needed, while building an employer brand that attracts the right talent. This role requires being in office 5 days per week at the Lehi, Utah HQ.

Requirements

  • 7+ years recruiting experience, including experience leading leaders and building high-performing teams
  • Experience at a SaaS company of meaningful scale
  • Sales team mentality with pipeline reviews, accountability, and hustle
  • Data-driven approach using metrics to make decisions and coach the team
  • First principles thinking without unnecessary process
  • Extreme urgency and fast execution
  • AI fluency using AI to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Technical recruiting background hiring engineers, product, or other technical roles
  • Deep sourcing expertise teaching effective sourcing

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting managers and individual contributors across all functions
  • Run a performance and data-driven recruiting team, drive pipeline, and hold the team accountable to metrics
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities
  • Oversee the recruiting lifecycle for executive-level positions internally and with external search partners
  • Build an AI-driven recruiting function
  • Build playbooks and processes that allow the recruiting function to scale
  • Source candidates directly and own reqs when needed
  • Build an employer brand that attracts the right talent
