About the Role

You will define power delivery architecture from the data center power drop through systems and chips. You will establish roadmaps, specify rack-level components, set data center power policies, validate hardware and firmware, develop prototypes, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with specialized Power Engineering knowledge
• Demonstrated ability in power system and delivery architecture design and development
• Experience with rack-level hardware design for servers storage networking and power distribution
• Proficiency in power hardware and firmware development and debugging
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multifaceted environment

Responsibilities

• Design power delivery from data center power drops through systems and chips
• Establish power engineering roadmaps and coordinate vendor technology development
• Specify resilient rack-level power hardware and firmware
• Set data center power policies for buffering scheduling monitoring and fault accommodation
• Ensure IT power remains robust during grid disturbances
• Apply and develop board and system-level power regulation technologies
• Guide manufacturers and engineering teams on testing and validation
• Develop and test hardware prototypes
• Resolve complex power hardware and firmware issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
