About the Role
You will spearhead financing and capital markets strategy to fund infrastructure growth and the long-term financial plan. You will shape the funding roadmap, manage transactions from origination through close, build relationships with banks, investors, and capital partners, develop financial models and decision frameworks, prepare Investment Committee and Board materials, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate across legal, accounting, tax, operations, and corporate development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, project or infrastructure finance, with hands-on transaction experience.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex equity and/or debt financings.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure, power, data centers, compute, or real estate.
- Experience working with deal teams, banks, investors, and sponsors.
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Familiarity with credit facilities, term loans, or securitizations.
- Strong communication skills for engaging senior leadership, the Board, and external capital partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the financing strategy and funding roadmap across equity, debt, lease, and hybrid capital.
- Manage financing and capital-raising transactions from origination through close, including negotiating pricing, structure, and key terms.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit investors, and financial sponsors.
- Build analytical frameworks for cost of capital, leverage capacity, liquidity, and downside resilience.
- Prepare financing and capital-allocation analyses and recommendations for the Investment Committee and Board.
- Mentor junior analysts and associates.
- Partner with legal, accounting, tax, operations, and corporate development teams.
- Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, and committee decks; maintain closing documentation trackers and support post-close covenant reporting.
