About the Role

You will build and lead the process-optimization function. You will design SOPs, playbooks, governance models, KPIs, SLAs, and cross-functional workflows; conduct operational audits; resolve process gaps; align manufacturing and site operations; and manage and develop a Senior Process Manager.

Requirements

10+ years of process excellence, operations management, business operations, operational transformation, or continuous-improvement experience.
Experience building SOPs, playbooks, governance models, or process frameworks in multi-site environments.
Infrastructure, construction, data centre, manufacturing, critical-facilities, cloud-infrastructure, or industrial-operations experience.
Lean and continuous-improvement knowledge.
Cross-functional operating-model design experience.
Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent workflow-platform experience.
Strategic process-design and hands-on execution capability.
People leadership and senior-stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and govern SOPs for operational workflows.
Lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
Conduct operational audits and drive remediation of process gaps.
Build repeatable operational playbooks for sites and geographies.
Align manufacturing schedules, inventory readiness, and commissioning timelines with site operations.
Integrate quality-control metrics into business reporting.
Design engagement frameworks with partner functions.
Establish intake, execution, tracking, closure, and SLA processes.
Design and maintain KPI frameworks for process performance.
Manage and develop a Senior Process Manager.
