About the Role
You will lead supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, inventory, contract manufacturing, warehousing, and compliance. You will scale production operations, manage suppliers and manufacturing partners, lead S&OP, maintain SAP-driven visibility, and partner with finance on reporting, controls, and cost reduction.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- 5+ years in a senior management or director-level role
- Public company supply chain experience
- Experience scaling hardware or electro-mechanical manufacturing
- Experience managing outsourced and contract manufacturing models
- Procurement, commodity management, and supplier negotiation experience
- Knowledge of supply chain controls
- S&OP, demand planning, MRP or ERP, and inventory management experience
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
- Financial acumen, including P&L, working capital, BOM cost management, and CIP accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP inventory requirements and trade or import regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy, performance, and risk management
- Build and lead the supply chain organization
- Scale supply chain operations from low-volume to high-volume production
- Lead S&OP, demand planning, and master production scheduling
- Manage supplier strategy, qualifications, audits, contracts, and performance
- Manage contract manufacturers and component flows
- Oversee warehouse management, inventory accuracy, logistics, and reverse logistics
- Own supply chain financial performance, cost reduction, and working capital optimization
- Ensure audit-ready reporting and compliance with procurement, accounting, and trade requirements
- Support customer delivery commitments with supply chain data and status updates
