About the Role
You will direct silicon functional-verification strategy, planning, infrastructure, execution, coverage closure, debugging, and sign-off. You will lead the verification organisation, improve automation and methodologies, align cross-functional teams, manage risks and milestones, and report verification progress and metrics.
Requirements
- Experience leading and scaling verification teams
- Verification leadership experience in CPU, GPU, ASIC, or SoC environments
- Understanding of verification methodologies, flows, and infrastructure

- Ability to diagnose logic issues across RTL, testbench, and system-level domains
- Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and strategy for silicon functional verification
- Build, lead, and develop the verification organisation
- Establish scalable verification methodologies and processes
- Drive verification automation, tooling, and infrastructure improvements
- Evaluate and adopt verification tools and technologies
- Own verification planning, execution, and sign-off for RTL blocks and top-level SoCs
- Oversee test plans and functional coverage closure
- Direct debugging, triage, and root-cause analysis workflows
- Steer formal methods, simulation acceleration, emulation, and system-level validation
- Collaborate with Architecture, Logical Design, Physical Design, DFT, Systems, and Program Management
- Lead post-silicon debug alignment
- Deliver verification sign-off on schedule
- Manage program risks, resources, milestones, and verification budgets
- Report progress and verification metrics to program management
