About the Role
You will hold formal accountability for risk management capital management prudential disclosures cybersecurity policy and incident response in Brazil. You will establish the risk framework oversee financial and non-financial risks assess new-product and outsourcing risks monitor capital adequacy and reporting maintain cybersecurity and incident-response plans oversee resilience testing and provide independent reporting and challenge to senior stakeholders and regulators.
Requirements
- Resident in Brazil
- Eligible to accept appointment as a statutory director or administrator
- Ability to satisfy BCB fit-and-proper reputation and technical-capacity requirements
- Senior experience in a bank payment institution regulated fintech crypto company or comparable regulated financial business
- Experience in risk capital prudential regulation or regulatory reporting
- Cybersecurity governance and incident-response capability
- Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulation and BCB expectations
- Fluent Portuguese and working English
- Independent judgment and ability to challenge senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Act as statutory director for risk capital prudential disclosures cybersecurity policy and incident response
- Establish and maintain the risk-management framework
- Oversee financial and non-financial risks
- Assess risks from new products partners outsourcing and operating-model changes
- Ensure regulatory capital and capital buffers remain adequate
- Oversee capital planning capital adequacy liquidity stress testing and contingency measures
- Oversee accurate and timely prudential reporting and disclosures
- Maintain cybersecurity and incident-response plans
- Oversee incident escalation investigation remediation and reporting
- Oversee business-continuity and disaster-recovery testing
- Report risk capital and cybersecurity matters to the Board and Group leadership
- Support BCB requests reviews and inspections
