About MoonPay Enterprise
Iron was acquired by MoonPay in Q1 2025 and has since become MoonPay Enterprise. The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. It serves wallets, payment service providers, fintechs, enterprises, marketplaces, and crypto platforms.

About the Role
You will partner with the Treasurer to shape treasury strategy, manage liquidity and capital, support regulatory expansion, oversee treasury analysis and reporting, assess trading counterparties, and build scalable treasury controls and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in treasury financial services fintech payments digital assets banking or another regulated financial environment
- At least 2 years of experience working with digital assets or stablecoins
- Hands-on experience with stablecoin reserve management custody wallet considerations and exchange or on-chain counterparty risk
- Advanced expertise in liquidity and capital management treasury risk management forecasting and scenario analysis
- Strong knowledge of banking payments money transmission or digital asset and stablecoin regulation
- Ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders with significant autonomy
