About the Role
You will lead brokerage risk-management practices and maintain the Risk Management Program. You will oversee risk assessments, new-product reviews, committee reporting, and control oversight. You will develop risk professionals and use analytics and reporting solutions to identify trends and support strategic risk decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial services experience
- Knowledge of broker-dealer operations and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of management experience leading risk professionals
- Expertise in RCSAs, risk committee governance, and regulatory examination readiness
- Written communication and executive-reporting skills
- Experience with data analytics tools, reporting solutions, and risk dashboards
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and execute in a high-growth environment
- Experience using AI tools and emerging technologies for risk monitoring, reporting, and oversight
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional risk-management practices with senior management and risk partners
- Own and evolve Risk Management Program documentation, standards, and frameworks
- Oversee RCSAs, new-product reviews, and emerging-risk identification
- Direct risk committee materials and executive reporting
- Provide independent oversight of the broker-dealer risk and control environment
- Build, lead, and develop a team of risk professionals
- Use data analytics and reporting solutions to identify trends and provide actionable risk insights
