Director of Product Management (Wallet Infrastructure)

About the Role

You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for institutional-grade wallet and custody infrastructure. You will design and enhance wallet architecture including MPC and multisig key management, own exchange and DeFi integrations, and build OTC trading workflows. You will embed AML/KYC and Travel Rule controls into product flows, collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, trading and risk teams, and ensure products meet high standards for security, scalability and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Significant exposure to Web3, digital assets or crypto infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token standards and smart contract logic
  • Familiarity with differences across L1 and L2 ecosystems
  • Proven experience building and scaling complex B2B or B2B2C fintech products, preferably in trading, custody or financial infrastructure
  • Experience with exchange API integrations, custody providers and trading infrastructure
  • Experience with DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking and yield strategies
  • Exposure to OTC trading desks or institutional trading workflows
  • Demonstrated product leadership with ability to define vision, roadmap and execution strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for institutional-grade custody infrastructure
  • Design and enhance wallet architecture including MPC and multisig frameworks
  • Partner with engineering and security teams to maintain custody and key management standards
  • Oversee integrations with crypto exchanges to enable trading, settlement and liquidity access
  • Lead DeFi integration strategy including lending, staking and yield aggregator connections
  • Design capabilities for institutional interaction with DeFi via custody infrastructure
  • Build and optimize OTC trading marketplace capabilities including high-volume workflows and RFQ systems
  • Embed AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule compliance and transaction monitoring into product flows
  • Collaborate with risk and compliance to maintain operational and transactional risk controls
