About the Role

You will own and roadmap wallet and crypto infrastructure, ensuring secure and scalable hot and cold storage. You will design and optimize treasury systems, lead fiat-to-crypto payment gateway integrations, automate back-office reconciliation, develop internal tooling (KYC/AML workflows, CRM), monitor DeFi and on-chain trends, collaborate with Engineering and Design to reduce operational friction, and define KPIs for internal tools.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience preferably in regulated Fintech, cryptocurrency exchange, or banking operations
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, spot trading fundamentals, and wallet custody models (MPC, Multi-sig)
• Strong background in back office operations, treasury, or settlement processes
• Ability to understand and drive technical and financial requirements including API integrations, blockchain ledger principles, and fiat payment rails
• Excellent logical analysis, systematic planning, and ability to influence stakeholders through data and storytelling
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-stakes tasks effectively
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with digital assets and regulatory landscape is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for digital asset wallet infrastructure focusing on security and scalability of hot and cold storage solutions
• Design and optimize internal systems for treasury operations including asset rebalancing, liquidity monitoring, and capital buffer management
• Lead integration and maintenance of fiat-to-crypto payment gateways to ensure high deposit and withdrawal success rates
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to automate reconciliation processes and reduce manual back-office intervention
• Monitor DeFi, on-chain data, and competitor offerings to identify growth and product opportunities
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for internal platforms including KYC/AML workflows, fiat integrations, and CRM tools
• Partner with Operations and Finance to automate and optimize fund flows, treasury management, and daily asset reconciliation
• Facilitate communication between Engineering, Design, and back-office stakeholders to prioritize high-impact operational projects
• Develop and track KPIs for internal tools such as SLA resolution times, false-positive rates, and capital buffer efficiency
